These terms govern your use of the Esculent Android application ("Esculent") published by Urloft. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Esculent is a free, ad-supported wellness app for tracking nutrition, hydration and healthy habits, with AI-assisted food recognition, yoga content and a home-remedies library.

2. Not medical advice

Esculent provides general wellness information only. Nutrition values are AI-generated estimates and may differ from actual values. Home remedies and yoga content are informational and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use Esculent to make medical decisions; consult a qualified health professional, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the app, abusing the AI analysis endpoints, or using the app for unlawful purposes.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it, and forms part of these terms.

6. Advertising

The free app displays banner advertising served by Google AdMob.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
